Only 125 Golf Passports available from education foundation

Only 125 passports are offered. With the passport, play is generally restricted to Monday through Thursday with three courses restricting play during the months of July and August.

Proceeds from the sale of the passports are used to fund various projects. This past year, the foundation provided more than $13,000 in minigrants to qualifying classroom teachers for cocurricular and extracurricular activities for their students. In addition, the foundation awards several Golf Passport and other scholarships to qualified seniors.

To take advantage of the offer, people may mail their requests and checks, payable to the Otsego Education Foundation, to PO Box 572, Gaylord, MI 49734. For more information, people may call 732-3992.
