Livingston Township Minutes November 27, 2006
The meeting of the Livingston Township Board was opened at 7:30 p.m.
with the pledge of allegiance according to the open meetings act #276 of
1976.
Present at the meeting was, Dipzinski, Prusakiewicz,
Brecheisen, Carlson, Mench and 5 visitors.
Motions were passed to pay bills accept the minuets
and treasurers report.
Motion was passed to set up a petty cash fund of
$50.00 in lieu of the credit cards.
Motion was passed that we will not refund or credit
and overages or underages or 3.00 on the tax bills.
Motion was passed to accept the new resolution for
the Brownfield site grant application.
Motion was passed to send out fire bill to incident
#132 and waive the bill for incident # 143 the false alarm.
Next regular meeting is set for December 18, 2006 at
7:30 P.M. at the Livingston Township hall.
