Livingston Township Minutes for March 27, 2006
The Regular meeting of the Livingston Township Board
was called to order at 7:30 P.M.
on March 37, 2006 with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present at the meeting which was conducted according
to the public act #267 were Dipzinski, Prusakiewicz, Mench Carlson,
Brecheisen and three visitors.
A motion was made to approve the minutes. Motion
passed.
A motion was made to approve the treasurer’s report.
Motion passed.\
A motion was made to change the agenda to move the
representative from Burnham and Flower to the top of the list. Motion
passed.
A motion was made to pay the bills. Motion passed.
Motion #3272006-1 was made to amend the budget for
the personal property tax audit $25,000.00.
Roll call was made. Dipzinski yes, Prusakiewicz yes,
Brecheisen yes, Carlson yes, Mench yes. Motion passed.
Public hearing was called to order at 7:39 P.M. This
was to deal with the budget for 06-07. The budget is to be adopted by
activity. After discussions were made the hearing was closed at 7:42
P.M.
Motion #3272006-2 was made to approve the
budget and wage schedule as read. Roll call was made. Dipzinski yes,
Prusakiewicz yes, Brecheisen yes, Carlson yes, Mench yes. Motion passed.
Meeting adjourned at 9:07 P.M. Next regular meeting
will be April 24th at 7:30 P.M.
