Regular Board Meeting June 26, 2006
Livingston Township Minutes June 26, 2006
The regular meeting of the Livingston Township Board
was call to order at 7:30 P.M. on June 26, 2006 with the pledge of
Allegiance.
Present at the meeting which was conducted according
to open meetings act #267, was Dipzinski, Prusakiewicz, Brecheisen,
Carlson, Mench and fifteen visitors.
A motion was made to remove Burnham and Flower and
the Accident Fund. They will do their presentations next month. Motion
passed.
A motion was made to approve the minutes, treasurers
report, and pay the bills. Motion passed.
Public hearing was opened at 7:35 P.M.
#4252006-06-26-001 discussions were made regarding act 425 for a parcel
on Old 27 north next to Jan’s Deli. Public hearing closed at 7:40 P.M.
A motion was made by Dipzinski seconded by Carlson to
pass the 425 for 10 years at 3.5 mils Roll call Dipzinski yes,
Prusakiewicz yes, Brecheisen yes, Carlson yes, and Mench yes. Motion
passed.
Next regular meeting will be July 24, 2006 at 7:30
P.M. Meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
