Regular Board Meeting July, 2005
Livingston Township Minutes
The regular meeting of the Livingston Township Board was called to order
at 7:30 P.M. with the Pledge Allegiance. Present at the meeting, which
was conducted according to open meetings act #267 were Brecheisen, Mench,
Carlson, Prusakiewicz, and Dipzinski.
It was moved by Carlson seconded by Prusakiewicz, to pass the minutes.
All ayes 0 nays. Motion carried.
It was moved by Mench seconded by Carlson to accept the treasurer’s
report. All ayes 0 nays. Motion carried.
A motion was moved by Dipzinski seconded by Carlson to pay current
bills. All ayes 0 nays motion passed.
It was motioned by Dipzinski seconded by Mench to pay the planning
commission mileage to visit the sites where there is a planning case.

Paul Beachneau did a presentation regarding a project to complete a non
motorized trail between Gaylord all the way to Cheboygan. The request
was for a ten thousand dollar donation from the township. The board is
looking at this nothing was voted on at this time.
Comprehensive plan is finalized. Dipzinski motioned to approve the
Resolution of the adoption of the Livingston Township Comprehensive
Plan. It was seconded by Mench All ayes 0 nays. Motion passed.
The Urban planning committee will be meeting August 24th at 6:00 P.M.
Next regular meeting will be August 22nd at 7:30 P.M.
