Livingston Township Minutes July 24, 2006
The regular meeting of the Livingston Township Board
was call to order at 7:30 P.M. on July 24, 2006 with the pledge of
Allegiance.
Present at the meeting was Dipzinski, Prusakiewicz,
Brecheisen, Mench, Carlson excused, and eight visitors.
A motion was made to approve the minutes, to remove
the presentation from the accident fund and add the tax management
contract to the agenda. Motion passed.
A motion was made to pay the bills and accept the
treasurer’s report. Motion passed.
A motion was made to accept the Administration policy
and procedures. A motion was made to look at the contract with the
county zoning for next year’s budget. Motion passed.
Motion #2006-07-24-01 was made by Mench seconded by
Prusakiewicz to terminate the contract with Livingston Township and Tax
Management Association with thirty day written notice and to select the
assessor to terminate all contracts to the TMA. Roll call Dipzinski yes,
Prusakiewicz yes, Brechiesen yes, Mench yes, Carlson excused.
Next regular meeting will be August 28, 2006 at 7:30
P.M. Meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
