Regular Board Meeting February 27, 2006
Livingston Township Minutes
The regular meeting of the Livingston Township Board
was called to order at 7:30P.M. February 27th 2006, with the Pledge of
Allegiance by all.
Present at the meeting was Dipzinski, Prusakiewicz,
Mench, Carlson, Brecheisen; with nine visitors.
Motions were made to approve the minutes, treasurers
report and pay bills motions approved.
A motion was made to approve the bid from Hickerson
Flooring to replace the carpet and tile for the rest of the hall. Motion
carried.
A motion was made to approve the bid from Pattersons
Painting to paint the hall.
A motion was made amend the current township hall
improvement budget from 30,000.00 to 50,000.00 roll call was made.
Dipzinski, yes, Prusakiewicz, yes, Brecheisen, yes, Carlson yes, Mench
yes. Motion carried.
A motion was to allow the Assessor Matt Nowak to
change his hours from morning to afternoon 1:00- 4:00 P.M. on the second
Tuesday of every month. Motion carried.
A motion was made to contribute 2,000.00 to the 1-75
study project. Roll call was made Dipzinski, yes, Prusakiewicz, yes,
Brecheisen, yes, Carlson, yes, Mench, yes. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 8:50 P.M.
Next regular board meeting will be March 27th at 7:30
P.M.
