Minutes of regular meeting of Charlton Township Board - February 10, 2003
The regular February meeting of the Charlton Township Board was called to order by
Clerk Ivan Maschke at 7:00 pm on Monday, February 10, 2003.
Board members present: Huff, Milbocker, Samkowiak and Maschke.
Board members absent: Walker.
Others present: Jos. Edwardtowski, Robert Floury, James Quandt, Shawn Richards, Matt Nowak, Tammy Myers and Dennis Kwapis.
Those present recited the pledge to the flag.
Maschke turned the meeting over to Keith Huff.
Milbocker moved, Samkowiak supported, to accept the minutes of the previous regular meeting as printed. Ayes, all. Motion carried.
Kim Samkowiak presented the Treasurer's report as follows: General Operations, $143,557.68; Roads Account, $222,292.79.
Maschke moved, Milbocker supported, to accept the Treasurer's report as presented. Ayes, all. Motion carried.
Maschke moved, Milbocker supported, to pay the General Operation bills presented in the amount of $16,185.11. Ayes, all. Motion carried.
