Charlton Township Minutes of Meetings

A hearing of the public on the Proposed 2001-02 Budgets for the township was called to order by Chairman Willis Walker at 6:30 pm on Monday, March 12, 2001.

All board members present

Meeting called for the purpose of working on the proposed 2001-02 budgets for the township.

Others present: Marian Walker, Pat Kundrat, Tammy Myers, Jos. Edwardtowski, Bob Fleury.

Board members and members of the audience went over proposed figures for the 2001-02 general Operation and the 2001-02 Roads Account Budgets.

April 1, 2001, starting balance in General Operation Fund is $240,134.21. Expected revenues for FY 2001-02 is $268,780.00. Expected expenditures for FY 2001-02 is $444,030.00. Contigency fund for 2001-02 is $64,884.21.

April 1, 2001, starting balance in Roads Account is $332,919.68. Expected revenues for FY 2001-02 is $13,675. Expected expenditures for FY 2001-02 is $133,492.00. Expected balance April 1, 2002, is $213,102.68.
